| Sheree Thompson joined Habitation Realty in 2010 to work with green-conscience homebuyers and sellers. She specializes in the Houston Inner Loop and near Loop neighborhoods of the Heights, Montrose, Garden Oaks, and Oak Forest, to name a few. Sheree also works in and is familiar with the west Energy Corridor of Houston, since she worked as a geologist for an Energy Corridor company before becoming a realtor.
Sheree has lived in Houston for 30 years and knows the city well. Her passion is vintage bungalow homes in the Houston Heights, and she has meticulously refurbished her own circa 1914 Heights “Hindu Bungalow,” which is on the National Historic Registry.
Sheree is an avid recycler and green-space advocate for the Heights. She and her neighbors preserved a large green space between their homes that now includes lush native landscaping and three fountains. She also organized and filed the minimum lot size and setback requirements for her block in the Heights to discourage breaking lots into smaller units for development.
